Job Description
A varied role working in a highly accomplished Change Communications function, you will bring demonstrable expertise to the team:
- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Able to plan and execute change communications across various channels
- Working closely with wider project teams (training, technology, HR, L&D)
- Tracking and monitoring engagement and results from communications
- Keen to innovate, communicating an array of changes to a diverse workforce within a complex, global, matrix environment
- Some scope for home working - the role is based in the Southern Home Counties at the client's HQ
