A well-established and specialist training organisation based in Norfolk are looking for a driven and confident Change Communications Executive to join their innovative team on a 6-month contract basis to drive positive engagement throughout the organisation. You will need a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar position, with exceptional communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running. The ideal candidate will be degree educated within a relevant professional field.
As Change Communications Executive, working across predominately internal channels your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
*Successfully delivering integrated community focused campaigns to engage and influence employee engagement
*Deliver digestible and succinct content that conveys relevant and vital messages, ensuring content is well aligned with the brand and drives the organisations tone of voice
*Collaborate with the wider communications team to optimise and deliver the organisation's corporate identity and provide valuable support, insight and knowledge on communication projects
*Manage the overall execution of the internal change communications schedule, including visual identity.
As a leading ambassador for change, you will be involved in driving this fantastic organisation through an important period of transition therefore, you must be capable of understanding work culture, corporate change and employee engagement.
Due to the locations of both offices, this position can be commutable from Cambridge, Peterborough, Huntingdon, King's Lynn, Wisbech, March, Grantham, Boston and Kettering.
