Our client is one the North Wests biggest and brightest FMCG businesses, a truly global operation with Category leading products and ambitious growth plans. An opportunity for an experienced and success driven Category Manager has arisen within their Category Management Function.
Reporting into the Category Controller the role of Category Manager is responsible for developing key customer partnerships in order to deliver first class insights that drive a competitive advantage for the business. You will work with two major multiples to deliver the brand activation strategy and ensure shopper insight results in deliverable in-store execution. Range reviews, data insight, development of consumer and shopper insights and implementation of actionable recommendations are all part of the role of Category Manager.
The ideal candidate will have around 3-5 years Category Management experience gained in an FMCG setting, experience gained in a UK market is essential.You will be of graduate calibre with a track record of delivering results in a highly focused commercial environment.
