A premium beauty business operating across a number of channels and looking for someone to help drive their insights capability.
Leading a category & insights function, the business are looking for someone to help step-change their insights capability and understanding.
They want someone to take a pro-active approach and help marketing, and to a lesser extent sales, functions to put data at the heart of decision making.
You'll be comfortable working with a range of data sources (Nielsen, IRI, Kantar etc) but also able to work from less structured data in order to deliver compelling insights & vision.
Could be from an agency or supplier-side background, ideally with some understanding of the FMCG non-food space but this is not a necessity.
Equally, line-management would be good but this could also be a great opportunity to take your first steps into direct management.
