I am working with a well-known fashion retailer (Manchester), in the search for a Campaign Executive to join their expanding team. The Campaign Executive will be responsible for briefing e-commerce campaign content to graphic designers and will look after homepage and landing/ editorial page content. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all campaign content is fit for purpose, on-brand, and delivered to the E-commerce team on time.
Briefing e-commerce campaign content to graphic design teams
Briefing homepage and landing page content changes to the front-end developers.
Writing tag lines and body copy for the companies’ homepages and editorial pages.
Checking all content is correct in staging before it is put live.
Working with the front-end developers to ensure that content is live on time.
Working with the front-end developers to make sure the homepage and landing page content is optimised for mobile.
Liaising with the SEO team to ensure content is optimised where possible.
Working with the Merchandising team to ensure that content is promoting relevant categories and products.
Working with the Social, CRM and Paid Media teams to make sure they have the relevant campaign content for their platforms, ensuring that campaign and brand messages are consistent on all platforms.
Ensuring that all homepage and landing page copy is kept in-line with brand tone of voice guidelines.
Working with the broader team on brand and celebrity collaborations.
Understanding the product ranges and brand technologies so these can be communicated online in an engaging way.
Providing actionable recommendations for ways that we can improve the content and campaign strategy.
Daily checks of homepage content.
Reporting on content performance.
Regular competitor analysis.
3 years’ experience working in content for e-commerce.
A high level understanding of digital content.
Experience in copywriting and the ability to adapt to different tone of voice guidelines.
Experience in working with graphic designers and developers.
Teamwork skills (essential).
Strong knowledge of analytical tools.
Good communications skills.
A logical thinker with an interest in understanding customer journeys.
Highly organised with great attention to detail.
Experience in creating clear briefs with KPIs in mind.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
