Top London Agency is looking for an experienced Agency BD. You will have extensive experience running high profile DR accounts, with a passion and ability to inspire a team of ambitious clients who want to innovate and transform their business.
You will be responsible for the agency's biggest and founding client and oversee all the DR trading comms on this account so you must have extensive experience in this area.
We are looking for a Business Director that is a strong leader and people manager. They need to have the following qualities
- A strong manager and someone who can work with a range of people and personalities
- Entrepreneurial – they will be expected to be involved in strategic innovation projects
- Needs to be a good people motivator and can navigate the internal environment well.
- Strategic, Agile and adaptable
- Very strong around the creative work and a good creative brain
- Must have a background in creating and executing DR/CRM campaigns
- Comfortable operating at a senior level and driving the DR/trading agenda – including being on top of global trends and best practice.
- Deeply engrained mindset of using data in all its forms to deliver effectiveness – from audience selection through to test, learn and optimise.
- Strong operational knowledge of leading edge technologies, including Data Management Platforms (DMPs) & Dynamic Creative Optimisation (DCO)
- ‘Translator’ taking technical capabilities and transforming them into tangible creative outputs. Ultimately working with creative and production teams to deliver work in market.
- Comfortable working at scale and driving the creative agenda within a world increasingly dominated by algorithms and decision trees.
- Adept at taking learnings from econometrics & attribution model tools such as Visual IQ and putting them into practice.
