Our client is an integrated marketing agency based in the heart of London who specialize primarily within the B2B sector. And over the past 4 years have continued to steadily grow and now have a team of over 50 plus with huge growth plans for 2018.
This particular agency is highly respected within their field and have enjoyed long term success over the years through ongoing new business activity and referrals.
Due to this ongoing success and steady pace they are now seeking another Business Development Manager to join them and help shape, define and implement their new business strategy.
To be suitable for this position as Business Development Manager you will already have a solid B2B agency background. You will of course have a proven track record of success when it comes to new business and in the market of your choice. But most importantly you will be experienced in sculpting a new business strategy and implementing it.
This isn’t old school new business! You aren’t expected to hit the phones and mail out a million CTA DM pieces. This role is more about networking, researching, conversation and of course engagement via whatever the appropriate channels are available to you.
You will be expected to attend networking events, lead pitches as well as develop their ongoing existing client network.
In return for your expertise as a Business Development Manager, our client offers a very generous package ranging from between £45-55k plus a very generous uncapped bonus scheme as well as other benefits. As an example the Business Developer on the other side of the business pulls in over double their base per annum. Plus there are a number of perks and rewards, like trips to Ibiza and day trips away etc etc.
