Business Development Manager to join a global creative agency with potential for progression.
DNA Recruit are working with a global communication creative agency who help clients grow their business by the power of big ideas, compelling content and event which expand their client's thinking, unlocking what is special about their client sin a way that will reverberate with their audiences.
The role of the Business Development Manager has come from an increase in business within the group and so an experienced BDM is essential in being able to pick up accounts and hit the floor running. Your role will include:
- Working across 4-5 accounts and managing their day to day lead generation activity.
- In tandem with the content and data teams, you will be working to support them
- Providing focused outreach to build relationships
- Book client meetings and generate opportunities for clients

The successful Business Development Manager must be a team player in everything they do, sharing your networks and generating new business for the agency, which potentially will progress to getting involved in directing clients and progression within the business.
Salary: £30K to £35K + bonus and commission (OTE £50K)
