Business Development Manager- European Markets
London
£40,000- £55,000 plus commission

Are you a proven new business hunter with experience selling digital advertising or technology into the European Markets?

The Company


Aspire are partnering with a game changing DSP platform in digital marketing, who lead the market through its pioneering big data and artificial intelligence technologies. They own over half the market share of programmatic ad buying in China. They offer supportive innovative environment with a healthy commission structure to match and great working culture. Due to expansion they are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the London team.

As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for;

* Drive revenue to achieve budget objectives for digital advertising and platform contracts
* Build a strong network of agency relationships to drive agency performance
* Manage client and agency relationships to ensure year on year growth is achieved
* Work across all relevant touch points to develop and expand your contact base.
* Attending face-to-face meetings to nurture and develop relationships with key customer accounts.
* Work with the internal creative team to build bespoke proposals and pitch to the allocated agency patch.

As a successful Business Development Manager, you will be;


* Fluent in an additional European Language with extremely advantageous
* Have a proven track record of selling into European market to ensure per agreed targets have been met.
* Demonstrate experience selling martech/media/digital advertising to ensure you can hit the ground running within this market.
* Strong communication skills to ensure you can liaise cross-department to build relationships and improve efficiency.
* Ability to work autonomously as well as a part of a team to hit pre-agreed sales targets.
