This position is working closely with the senior management and sales team to drive the business forwards by developing client relationships with existing clients and new ones. This position requires a lot of initiative where you will be identifying new business opportunities for the agencies growth. As a Business Development Manager you will have the support and guidance of the senior management team, who will guide you step by step through how the business works and your business objectives. You'll have an understanding of the businesses core values and objectives to ensure you're delivering the best you can for your clients requirements.
What we're looking for:
To be considered for this position you will be enthusiastic in your approach to developing new and existing client relationships. We're looking for someone who has a proven track record in business development and delivering outstanding results. Ideally we would like you have a background within events services or within an agency. We're looking for someone who has a 'get up and go' attitude, a great communicator, exceptional organisational skills and a team player.
