To achieve their commercial targets:
*Building on the current pipeline to deliver £1m incremental fee growth for Q3/Q4 2017/18
*To achieve the above c.100 qualified leads will be required to achieve the target based on 6 x £150k project wins
*To achieve £2m headline fee growth for 2018/2019
*To generate a pipeline of c. £8m qualified leads
*The delivery of a commercially driven performance marketing plan that covers our key sales channels: content, email, social, PR, internal and external events and will achieve our desired level of leads
What your role is about
Ever restless to grow their client and project portfolio, you lead business development activities, primarily to drive the sales function to support bottom line growth. You are responsible for the formulation and direction of the marketing activities which support the sales function. As such key duties include:
*Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve ambitious growth targets
*Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Business Development and Marketing activities
*Provide market feedback to leadership team regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate commercial development ideas.
*Working to stringent targets; to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business effort.
*Planning and coordinating the implementation of client acquisition plans
In short, your energy is all about making the agency famous to drive connections that bring in new business that supports our growth strategy.
You'll work very closely with our leadership team to help them to become the voice of their particular specialism and to paint a coherent picture of the Agency's story. You'll spend time getting to know their world and where our target clients are.
Along with the wider team you'll also identify ways to bring the story to market with imagination and flair, ensuring you have your finger on the pulse.
Finally, and importantly, you'll be a leader in the agency. You'll partner with other senior members of the team to develop the agency model and ways of working to ensure we deliver on our vision. You'll also be an advocate of our employee experience, continually working with the team and those you work with to ensure that the agency is a great place to work and that we attract the best talent in your areas.
