Following a review of our brand strategy, the British Heart Foundation (BHF) has embarked on a major change programme to introduce a new brand promise which is expected to significantly impact much of what we do. We are recruiting 2 x Brand Project Support Executives for an 8 month FTC to work on this.
About the role
As Brand Project Support Executive you will work with the Programme Manager on specific projects within the programme. This will include preparing project plans, reports and other supporting documentation.
You will support Project Managers on specific project deliverables to ensure projects are delivered to time and to the best quality. You’ll advise and assist project team members in the application of project procedures, including recording and reporting using the standard programme tools and will be responsible for maintaining specific programme documents such as the project/programme plan, action tracker, and risk and issue logs.
To be successful in the position you will be proactive and ambitious - always looking for new opportunities to activate our brand. A self-starter; organised with strong project management skills you’ll have experience of successfully working on complex and diverse projects in a project / programme support role, with a wide variety of internal stakeholders, including senior management.
We are looking for a strong communicator with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and flexible approach. You'll have exceptional organisational skills, a process-driven approach and strong attention to detail; a self-starter who can easily prioritise and manage workloads.
IT literate with extensive practical experience of the Microsoft Office, the successful candidate will have strong administration skills and act as secretariat for meetings including scheduling and administration such as coordination and distribution of agenda and taking minutes, notes and actions.
But most of all, you will be inspired by the BHF's amazing work and lifesaving objectives, and be determined to take the BHF brand to the next level.
