They also have a commercial business selling products into a number of verticals and this is where they have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Marketing Communications Manager.
The Role: This is a great role for someone with experience of managing a small team within a B2B organisation selling tangible products. Working across the mix, the Brand Marketing Communications Manager will be responsible for lead generation supporting a national sales team.
- Product launches; understanding the technical elements, compliance and pricing of product and how to launch it to market including collateral production
- Sector development; work with sales team to understand what new sectors have been identified and what existing sector growth is available to then create targeted campaigns
- Integrated marketing campaigns; digital, advertising, social media, email marketing, direct mail and PR

The Candidate: To be considered for this role, you will have worked in a B2B business where lead generation and support of a national sales team has been the main focus. Ideally from a product (not service) background, you will have multi-channel marketing experience and be a strong people manager. You must be able to demonstrate how your marketing activity has significantly increased lead generation and ultimately resulted in increased revenue. Verticals that this business operate in includes hospitality, food service, education and built environment so some experience of working in these would be beneficial.
This role offers a salary of £40000 - £45000 plus benefits.
