Premium wine business looking for a Brand Manager aligned to a portfolio of key brands/vineyards, working with customers across multiple channels (on and off-trade).
The business provide a range of fine wines into restaurants, hotels, private clients, wholesale & retail channels, partnering globally with a number of vineyards.
They are looking for someone in a broad role focusing on both strategic & operational marketing - i.e. long-term marketing planning and short-term 'brand ambassadorial' responsibilities.
You'll be working with suppliers to plan & execute their yearly marketing strategy, utilising a mix of market research (Mintel, Wine Intelligence) and personal knowledge to set strategy.
You'll then also spend considerable time in trade - working with sommeliers/front of house staff to train them and partnering closely with the sales team to ensure best in class activation of products.
You'll need to be a wine fanatic - working towards WSET diploma and someone who lives & breathes the industry. You'll need a few years experience working in wine, ideally in marketing but other experience will be considered. Attitude & passion is key.
