Our client is looking for a passionate and creative Brand Manager to join their bustling team in Newport Pagnell. Ideally, you will have at least 2-3 years' experience working as a Brand Manager for a consumer-focused business and will have a relevant marketing qualification, although this is not essential. A varied and hands-on role, you will have experience of juggling multiple projects at any given time and will be able to prioritise tasks to ensure all deadlines are met. As well as possessing a creative flair that allows you to produce innovative solutions and ideas, you will also have a strong analytical mind and commercial acumen that allows you to evaluate the market and competitors to ensure this company stays ahead of the competition.
As Brand Manager, you will oversee brand strategy for the company, working across the full marketing mix to ensure a fully cohesive strategy. One of your first duties will be to develop and implement an annual brand strategy and activity plan with the aim to increase brand awareness and improve brand positioning. As part of this, you will produce a communications strategy to ensure that all messaging is clear, consistent and on-brand, in line with customers' expectations. All PR campaigns will be aligned with this strategy to ensure that the brand image is maintained across all media. You will be responsible for the brand tone of voice, ensuring that the brand personality is clear in all consumer-facing materials.

Due to the location of this Buckinghamshire office, this role is commutable to those living in Newport Pagnell, Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Leighton Buzzard, Dunstable, Luton, Bedford, Northampton, Biggleswade, Hitchin, Aylesbury, Banbury, Brackley, Kettering and Wellingborough.
