My client are a popular education provider based in Surrey who are looking for a Brand Events Planner to work on their internal and external events, from graduations and open days to a full alumni events programme including lectures and seminars.

The role:
* Develop and deliver an events calendar working closely with key stakeholders.
* Work with the wider brand team to develop marketing plans for events to achieve maximum ROI.
* Responsible for the successful delivery of large scale ceremonies, a diversity event and new starters engagement events across multiple centres.
* Sourcing suitable and cost-effective venues.
* Organise all marketing and logistical activities for events.
* Managing and monitoring contract agreements, budget and timescales, payments and invoicing.
* Building relationships with each of the centres throughout the UK.
* Responsible for managing and reporting on the events budget.
* Regular feedback reporting to internal stakeholders on event progress.
* Build strong, positive relationships between key stakeholders around the business.
* Co-ordinate staff from across the brand in order to successfully deliver events.
* Manage the events budget and look to identify opportunities to generate income and/or cost savings without compromising on quality.
* Contribute valuable thinking into the events strategy and help identify new ways to engage with our key audiences through events.
