A well-established financial services organisation is looking for a passionate brand communications professional to join their in-house communications and engagement team full of lively, innovative thinkers in their Buckinghamshire-based office. You will need to have boundless amounts of self-motivation and significant experience providing exceptional brand communications services within a consumer-focussed marketing team for this exciting role.
Reporting to the Engagement Manager - as Brand Communications Manager - you will immerse yourself in our client's tone of voice and brand guidelines, ensuring it is embedded in the heart of the communications materials created not only by yourself, but also by your colleagues. This role will require a creative copywriter who is able to craft captivating content for a range of customer communications, whilst bringing our client's brand experience to life. Your responsibilities will include:
*Developing brand guidelines and championing these throughout the business - encouraging employees to be engaged at all times;
*Reviewing customer communications and letters to ensure they carry our client's tone of voice continuously;
*Transformation and continual review and development of communications templates for a variety of purposes to ensure uniformity in brand messaging throughout the business;
*Management and development of one direct report - ensuring they are supported and proactively mentored to enable them not only to meet targets but also to flourish to their full potential.
For this position, you will play a key role in the development of an exciting new sub-brand under our client's wing, centred around communications; and will also work very closely with the digital team to ensure that all online communications - web, social, email etc. also adhere to brand guidelines and are in line with strategy objectives.
