We are looking to recruit a Bid Manager to provide strategic bid management support and advice across multiple high value service lines of this high profile International Professional Services firm based in London. You will provide end to end support through the process and be responsible for the development and execution of winning pursuit strategies.
In your role you will support the Pursuit Account Team to demonstrate understanding of the client, developing tailored solution-focused responses to meet the clients' needs. You will manage the development of ongoing client contact strategy, client stakeholder and relationship mapping and support client-facing activities establishing, communicating and pro-actively driving the implementation of a project plan. You will manage and lead the value proposition development and strategic messaging to articulate a compelling proposition. You will co-ordinate and coach Partners through client visit preparation, presentation rehearsals, and other client-facing activities.
The successful candidate will have broad-based experience within Pursuits/Bid Management and the ability to implement innovative approaches to Bid management . Excellent writing and communications skills and demonstrable project management experience are essential. Professional Services experience is highly beneficial but not essential. A background in a large complex business with multiple service lines would be particularly relevant.
