Bid Co-ordinator - £35,000 - £40,000 pa plus benefits - Central London

Our client is a fast growing business service targeting the healthcare sector. Based near London Bridge this 60- strong business provides diverse infrastructure consultancy to a wide range of leading healthcare organisations in the UK and internationally.

The marketing team is a small agile team - perfect for someone who wants to get involved beyond the day job in broader creative projects to help grow the business.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Bid Co-ordinator will have overall responsibility for the preparation and co-ordination of all bids and proposals, from the first draft to the final delivery.

The role will include:
* Managing the flow of pre-qualification proposals and drive bid /no-bid process
* Preparing a first draft response to a bid or proposal
* Facilitation of bid strategy meetings and co-ordination of deliverables from bid team members
* Development and management of bid programme/frameworks
* Write bespoke elements of bids and proposals
* Enhance the impact of bids with relevant branding and visuals
* Proof reading and editing
* Track and manage the logistics of submitting tenders and bids
* Evaluate, analyse and disseminate post bid client feedback.
* Build and maintain a bid management library of content for re-use where possible including curriculum vitae's, project case studies and method statements.

To qualify for the role of Marketing Bid Co-ordinator you will need to fulfil all of the following criteria:

- significant experience of bid and proposal writing, from first draft to delivery
- a track record of management of the bid and proposal process
- excellent copy writing and editing skills
- confidence to drive projects amongst busy consultants and other stake holders
- an understanding of the Adobe suite and ability to produce on-brand and visually appealing proposal documents
- experience of the public sector bid and tender frameworks
