We are looking to talk with Planners who are dynamic , informal. Research led  and able to offer truly multi-channel, seamless, highly personalised experience delivery and thinking to a host of creative challenges.. 

As a Planner:

You have or currently do:

  • Develop a compelling view on how clients could make the most of channels and platforms
  • Staying abreast of channel evolution and consumer trends and sharing key aspects with clients
  • Campaign planning, contact strategy development and  innovation relevant to a tech audience
  •  
    • Outcome focused - ensuring campaign / activity objectives are clear, achievable and measurable
    • Developing relevant customer journeys / eco-systems for campaigns, leveraging consumer insight, reach, channel strengths, as well as creative direction
  •       Creative briefing and development

 

 

  • Providing rich picture of the target audience, their behaviours and digital behaviours
  • Writing an insightful creative brief
  • Working alongside creatives to deliver excellent work across a range of digital channels
  • Working alongside Data Planners and analysts to set metrics for performance
  • Track and optimise
  • Evaluate, learn and make recommendations for future campaigns
  • Engagement and participation in departmental initiatives
  •  
  • Work with rest of Strategy team to support agency new business activities as necessary
  • Production of content for agency thought leadership and PR
  •  
  • Must have good knowledge and experience of the current tech narrative
  • You understand  digital and social channels and digital advertising and how they work at optimum, being able to turn this knowledge into compelling narratives for clients and colleagues (who are often equally knowledgeable!)
  • Analytical and insightful mindset – able to interpret research, analysis and turn this into valuable recommendations for clients
  • Data literate – ability to forge a close working relationship with the lead Data Planner on the account, turning data into insights and actionable / effective campaign recommendations
    • Also a strong understanding of how data drives advertising media through an ever growing and enhancing DMP platform
  • Must enjoy and be confident working alongside creatives, writing briefs and developing creative work and being part of this as a collaborative process

 

 

The candidate should have a Minimum of 5 years’ experience gained in a business to business agency – this really is essential
