Their mission is to build the world’s most flexible workforce that enables companies across multiple sectors to meet their project goals without the time and cost restrictions of employing a direct workforce.

They have recently secured £3m in seed funding and are now hiring a number of exciting roles for the exceptional growth ahead as they head quickly towards Series A.

They are currently a team of 23 people and growing fast. It’s a diverse group of talented employees who pride themselves on being transparent, collaborative, friendly and respectful.

Following the appointment of a new highly regarded and talented VP, Sales, they are now looking to significantly scaleup their Sales and Marketing capabilities.

They are now looking to hire a B2B Marketing Manager to help build a highly effective demand generation engine.

As the first full-time marketing hire for an exciting start-up, you’ll work closely with the new VP, Sales and founding team to understand their objectives and build a marketing plan that supports this growth into both mid-market and enterprise customers.

You’ll be the leading authority on developing engaging modern marketing campaigns that generate demand across multiple, and diverse routes to market and personas that build trust with customers.

The expectation is content will be front and centre of a longer-term strategy that will include webinars, email marketing, events, paid media, social, and telemarketing.

The role will contribute to both inbound and outbound programmes and will include ABM campaigns.

All activities will ultimately result in high-quality leads.

This is a hugely exciting opportunity to build a strategy from scratch and make a major contribution to the future success of a start-up with major growth aspirations. 


We are looking for 5 years plus experience in B2B Marketing with proven experience of building demand generation campaigns that support sales growth.

Ideally, you’ll know what it takes to build highly effective marketing plans from almost scratch that include multiple channels and directly support the wider sales strategy.

If this experience has been in a start-up environment, then you’ll have the benefit of knowing that testing is key to finding the most effective strategies that deliver the highest impact.

This is a disruptive product where the audience needs to be taken on a journey and educated on the benefits of moving away from traditional buying habits. There is a great story to tell and we need your creative juices to help tell it.

Content creation and distribution will be key to building your pool of engaged prospects and you’ll excel in understanding different buying personas and creating content plans around these.
