Brand Recruitment are representing one the regions most highly regarded, and prestigious B2B technology organisations, as they look to appoint a senior comms leader within their corporate communications function.
This client is 'kind of a big deal' across the region and further afield. Their technology advancements are being snapped up by B2B companies and household brand names… and have been for years. They continue to increase in both size and stature as time goes on and this pivotal role provides the platform for driving key 'change messaging' across the business.
The team is doing great things within marketing at the moment, and this position serves to head up their communications function, delivering strategic direction on where to take their global employee and stakeholder comms projects, as they open new offices in other countries and regions globally.
The position itself is one of considerable seniority and requires a candidate with a minimum of ten years of working within corporate communications, both internal and some external if possible. It would be ideal if the candidate came from a B2B professional services background, consultancy service provision or technology.
One thing will be 'a must' though, they require someone with a background of delivering and strategically driving forward communications programs, within a commercially orientated company with a global reach.
Key areas of attention for the chosen candidate will be:
*Leadership on strategy for internal comms overall
*Executive communications counsel and becoming a 'trusted advisor' to the C suite
*Working closely with the CEO on business wide comms objectives to further growth and education of company values
*Coordination with the rest of the leadership function to build a 'one message' ethos
*Build a companywide narrative and become a champion of change and advise for departments going through further growth
*Management of a team of four, including managers and execs
