We're looking for an Associate Director with strong hands-on research skills to join a boutique insight consultancy, where you will work on a range of quantitative and qualitative projects for some of the largest companies worldwide. If you're looking for a role where you will be delivering bespoke ad-hoc research regularly, then this could be the one for you.
The role is diverse and the client relationships that this company have built up over the years has led to them working on some large projects for massive companies, these include creating a new strategic initiative for a large tech company and shaping a vision for one of the most popular sports globally. In the past this has usually begun with early-stage exploratory pieces, and then led to them creating solutions and recommendations, blending quick turnaround projects with larger projects to draw a stronger picture for their clients.
They work across a broad range of sectors, including FMCG, Tech, Digital and sport and projects are usually based around branding, innovation, customer journey and creating solutions for their clients.
- 5 years+ in a research agency, able to manage quantitative and qualitative projects, both online and offline
- Must be a good client manager and developer, someone that is a research expert who can grow accounts
- Mentoring and managing younger researchers
- Must be commercially-minded, able to spot opportunities and stay up-to-date with the industry
