The Agency

Young and incredibly fast-growing, this exciting agency has more than tripled in size in the last 2 years. The agency works firmly in the corporate/B2B space, delivering digital content and communications campaigns for an impressive array of global clients in the Technology, Professional services, Finance and automotive sectors (among others). Their 30-strong team is comprised of Journalists, editors, content and PR specialists who are highly respected for their award-winning campaigns. The agency works out of stylish offices in an excellent Buckinghamshire locale. A simple walk from the train station and a stone's throw from the M25 the role is easily commutable from London or the surrounding area. The Role

This is a new and important role for the agency and will see the successful candidate acting as a senior client advisor, a strategic lead and ultimately a key player in the long-term success of the agency. Corporate or B2B experience with global (and high value) clients/brands is an absolute must here, as are the strongest of editorial skills (a journalistic background is highly advantageous). Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ultimate responsibility for a portfolio of client relationships, acting as an exceptional client partner and senior counsel, offering creative input, strategy and planning to all clients within the portfolio to cultivate long-lasting relationships and the generation of new business opportunities.
  • Lead and inspire the agency's teams working on the relevant clients and play a visible leadership role as a senior member of the company.
  • Plan creative, strategic and innovative campaigns and strategic programmes for clients and oversee their execution, ensuring they consistently meet or exceed goals/expectations.
  • Lead from the front on new business pitches, keeping a keen eye on opportunities and coming up with innovative strategies to secure both projects and retained work.
