Our client is looking to recruit for a new Assistant Product Manager to join their high end, well established business. They are already well placed in the marketing with their products and a marketing leader in their field. The Assistant Product Manager position plays a key role in assisting with their plans for progressive growth. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years' experience in product development, ideally gained within the Consumer Electronics or tech sectors. They're looking for someone to hit the ground running, taking ownership of a wide, defined range of products, meaning you will able to manage these and thrive on working to deadlines, and under pressure.
Reporting to the Product Manager you will be supporting the management of the full product lifecycle, conception through to product launch. Within this sits a high dose of assisting, analysing analytics, using a variety of insights, data and research feedback. You will also be helping to report on product and sales performance and assisting in delivery of category objectives. You will be actively scanning for competitors in the market and reporting back to the business with recommendations for new products and features.
