A leading personal lines insurance provider is looking for a creative and talented superstar to join their innovative marketing team. As an assistant campaign specialist you will be responsible for delivering customer focused campaigns to increase value and awareness.

Reporting to the marketing manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting with the delivery of multi-channel campaigns to increase up-selling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Ensuring customer communications are user-friendly and jargon free
  • Working alongside the marketing data analyst to identify target prospects and audience
  • Liaising with and managing third party agencies on direct mail, copy and content within the allocated budgets
  • Working with the wider team to develop creative campaign activities
  • Ensuring all marketing material are compliant with the FCA regulations
  • Reporting on results and campaign effectiveness to ensure they are optimised as well as providing future learnings
  • Using Salesforce to maintain a controlled and accurate filing system for marketing activities

Your requirements:

  • Previous experience in multi-channel marketing is essential
  • Email marketing experience is highly advantageous
  • A relevant degree in marketing, certification or equivalent experience
  • Strong B2C marketing background and a customer focused approach
  • An understanding of the importance of achieving efficient return on investment
  • Excellent attention to detail paired with organisational and planning skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong interest of in data, numbers and analysing performance results
  • Experience in Salesforce is highly advantageous
