My client is a full-service creative communications agency specialising, founded in 2002, born out of a desire to make marketing simple, their focus is on providing innovative solutions for brands and delivering results without over complicating the process. They are now recognised as one of the most creative agencies in the country. The team is made up of a diverse group of talented people and are looking to add to the talent pool by recruiting talented and ambitious creative players with a ferocious appetite for new ideas. We are looking for a junior creative (an art director/creative copywriter) or talented conceptualisers who have a passion for branding and have demonstrated that they have the skills to create original ideas and executions that drive change and want to do it in a creative environment that fosters curiosity and proactivity.
-Concept Designer / Art Director
You’ll be working across a range of clients and brands from the big established named brands, to smaller, but no less important, challenger brands. Either way you’ll be nurturing brands creatively to help them grow to become the blockbusters of the future. To do that, you’ll have to be passionate enough to live up to our creative expectations and have the ability to raise the creative bar, raising our creative profile in the process with award winning work.
You’ll need to get under the skin of a very diverse range of target audiences and be able to produce conceptual creative solutions and campaigns to overcome a myriad of client/brand business problems. This inevitably means you’ll work alongside our planners and client service teams across a range of briefs, turning insight and strategy into impactful brand campaigns and you’ll do that across the full marketing mix both BTL and ATL.
The experience we need.
You’ll have a portfolio that impresses. One that shows a range of high quality creative work across print, digital, moving imagery and social media. Ideally you’ll have a couple of years in a creative agency but we are interested in talent more than experience. You can demonstrate dedication to projects and owning briefs. You are comfortable taking briefs from client problem to creative solution and hands-on execution. You’ll have an innate ability to visualise your thinking clearly with scamps, script writing, visual designing and testing and be able to present your ideas to the client and become actively involved in evolving the concept with the client and internally within the agency.
