Analytics Manager - Pricing, Decision Science, Machine learning & AI | Bedfordshire/ London
A prominent business at the forefront of their industry, a business turning over £2.6bn. They serve millions of customers each year, they're on course to hit 100,000 rooms in the UK alone, with an established FTSE 100 position and further international growth on the horizon.
This person will be joining a highly commerical team. You'll work multiple stakeholders across the business, you'll manage two budding analysts and you'll have a significant amount of influence over the pricing effectiveness across £1.4bn of revenue. You will be responsible for maintaining an advanced understanding of the current pricing logic/processes and proactively seeking opportunities to improve this logic to maximise net revenue. Eventually getting to a point of moving towards automoation using machine learning and AI.
Strong analytical skills (SQL, R, SAS etc).
Ability to handle significant volumes of data and transform into strategic insights.
4 years' experience plus.
Influencing and stakeholder management skills essential.
Experience in machine learning / feedback loops to drive decision automation a big plus.
Hospitality experience a bonus.
