In this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for supporting the development of a strategy that fosters alumni-to-alumni connections and alumni engagement with our client and which supports their strategic objectives. The role has a specific focus on day-to-day management of the alumni database and on driving forward the development of alumni networks and partnerships through a variety of channels including a dedicated alumni platform and electronic communications. Coordinating alumni events and reunions, developing a range of alumni benefits and services and making recommendations that develop alumni activity are also key to this role.
You will have excellent IT skills including: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and database experience (Raisers Edge, preferred). You will be a great communicator (both oral and written) have excellent relationship management and networking skills, data management experience, excellent organisational skills and be customer focused. A creative and enthusiastic approach will also get you far.
