The role
This Account Manager position is pivotal, being the lynchpin in delivering intelligent and effective campaigns to the agency’s client base. In both a supportive and a leadership role, you communicate effectively with clients, strategists and creatives. You have incredible attention to detail, never dropping a ball and keeping everything on track. You value collaboration, seeking ways to facilitate the very best work every time. You take responsibility for your accounts’ output, calmly dealing with bumps in the road and always thinking ahead.
Specific responsibilities:
• Coordinate project resources across multiple accounts
• Day-to-day communication with client and creative teams
• Manage deliverables and deadlines, communicating changes proactively
• Participate in client meetings and strategic planning sessions for accounts
• Manage weekly / monthly status updates via web conference
• Support business development activities within accounts
• Deliver timely and accurate reporting to clients and agency leadership team
• Educate and manage internal stakeholders in relevant production processes
