Account Manager (Integrated) – Soho Agency – to £34k
Fantastic Soho-based London agency seeks a talented Account Manager to work on a stunning booze account.
The agency are an integrated creative agency and part of an independent group of specialist agencies collaborating brilliantly to create work that helps their clients' brands grow – in total around 90 people under one roof in Soho!
Their work is multi-discipline from TV ads to global brand launches. They are equally comfortable delivering single channel solutions as they are creating fully integrated campaigns.
They are media neutral in their thinking and the solutions they provide to their clients’ business problems straddle a wide range of channels from pure advertising, through digital activation to CRM.
The agency is small enough to be inclusive and large enough to offer real opportunities for development and progression. It’s not about egos there and everyone’s opinion counts.
What are the Agency looking for?
The agency are looking for a solid Account Manager that has an entrepreneurial mind set and is very pro-active in running projects – a safe pair of hands, always one step ahead, whether that is with the client, its peers, the creatives or the planners.
The Account Manager must be strategically and creatively inclined. This person will sit at the centre of all teams within the agency so it’s essential they are organised and excel at account handling hygiene tasks (such as budgets, finance, timings, proposals, forecasting, and brief writing…).
It’s also important they remain calm and still have the ability to push the projects through.
This person must be very inter-personal and flexible. Not only must they foster strong relationships within the agency but also with clients.
The Account Manager will spend at least 80% of their time working on the agency’s pillar drinks client.
The other 20% will be focused on new business support or other misc. projects. The Account Manager will report directly into an Account Director.
The aim for this role is that they lead the day to day and run the projects, from client briefing to project delivery. The agency has a very collaborative approach and this is mirrored in their processes to help support the Account Manager.
The type of work you will be delivering ranges from global BTL creative campaigns and tool kit delivery for brand companies, to local off trade activations in markets, all the way through to high level strategy with the Global Business Development team in Paris.
The agency’s latest work involved running a series of highly successful workshops building growth strategies for hotels, iconic clubs, bartenders and music festivals and developing the hugely successful launch of a brand new range of drinks.
This is a very international account, therefore the Account Manager must adapt well to this environment.
Salary: £30k - £34k
Drinks experience ideal but NOT essential
Speaks French is a bonus, NOT at all a requirement

Up to £34k depending on experience, plus:
- 21 days holiday per year plus an additional day for every year of service (up to 5 years).
