Account Manager (Integrated) – Soho Agency – to £32k
Fantastic Soho-based London agency seeks a talented Account Manager to work on a stunning booze account, across 2-3 very well-known brands.
The agency are an integrated creative agency and part of an independent group of specialist agencies collaborating brilliantly to create work that helps their clients' brands grow – in total around 90 people under one roof in Soho!
Their work is multi-discipline from TV ads to global brand launches. They are equally comfortable delivering single channel solutions as they are creating fully integrated campaigns.
They are media neutral in their thinking and the solutions they provide to their clients’ business problems straddle a wide range of channels from pure advertising, through digital activation to CRM.
The agency is small enough to be inclusive and large enough to offer real opportunities for development and progression. It’s not about egos there and everyone’s opinion counts.
What are the Agency looking for?
The agency are looking for an Account Manager to work closely with an Account Director and support on a number of great projects.
The projects are mainly below the line activations ranging from on-trade, off trade, content, toolkits, social medial content development to launching NPDs and creating websites. The projects are very strategically driven so any candidates with that inclination would be a bonus.
You will also be handed other clients to look after and be involved in new business opportunities too.
Ideally you possess previous wines and spirits experience but it definitely isn’t essential nor is previous toolkit delivery experience but that would be a bonus! Instead the agency are looking for a self-starter who can run the day to day projects.
The Account Manager must have experience in delivering creative campaigns, working closely with planning and creative teams and be able to challenge and question them when appropriate.
The agency are not a massive client service team, so are looking for someone who’s used to getting stuck in by multi-tasking, running their own time, and using their initiative.
A proactive and flexible approach coupled with strong time-management are key attributes to this role. The Account Manager must also master account handling basics (this includes pulling together budgets, timing plans, status reports, and is able to tell a story in a deck), etc.
Solid account management and communication skills are essential and the ideal Account Manager will have worked in an integrated agency.
Account Manager - Skillset Required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills – both with client and agency colleagues
- Excellent organiser with ability to manage project timelines
- Superb attention to detail is paramount
- Extremely solid account management skills – this is a hands-on agency and a hands-on role
- Solid financial skills – building and managing client budgets and finance admin
- Ability to support the agency in pitches/proposals for new business
- ATL & digital experience would be idea.
Salary & Benefits
Up to £32k depending on experience, plus:
- 21 days holiday per year plus an additional day for every year of service (up to 5 years).
