An Account Manager is needed to join a successful consultancy, established in 2009, operating on an international scale and specialising in eCommerce. The business is based in central London and focuses on the FMCG, Retail and Fashion industries. Their objective is to help businesses set up new platforms, products or marketing activities within the eCommerce space, recommending strategies and implementing solutions.
As an Account Manager you will be reporting into the Head of Client Services and be part of a successful and result driven team. Maintaining strong and trusted relationships with your clients, managing their expectations, identifying their needs and ensuring high standard work will be the main focus of the role.
There will be an aspect of business development with new clients and developing opportunities within existing accounts.
Since you will be working on large projects, part of your responsibility will be to ensure good communication internally and externally, conducting research and analysis on competitors and current clients' markets.
The right candidate will need to be result driven, ambitious and passionate. Ideally a background in account management/client services and business development is necessary. Prior exposure to eCommerce is a plus. A good knowledge of FMCG/retail industry is needed.
