Job Description


We're on the hunt for an Account Manager with solid experience in the partnerships field, particularly focusing on developing partnerships across film, music, theatre, fashion and dining. Joining this leading agency, you'll be responsible for developing ATL/BTL campaigns and managing the relationship with one of their key accounts, multiple partners, key stakeholders and external agencies.

As Account Manager you will be focused on managing and supporting entertainment partnerships so as to deliver BTL/ATL campaigns for a key entertainment & incentive programme
These BTL/ATL campaigns will drive ticket sales and benefit redemption across these partners, predominately via ATL / BTL presales and ticket access
You'll be curating the programme to offer a range of experiences to the clients members, across music, film, fashion, dining and more
Working with multiple partners and stakeholders, you must be able to develop excellent relationships based on strong communication skills and proactive process management
We're looking for a solid thinker with communications and campaign delivery experience, who can enhance and develop our contractual partnership assets and contribute to the overall success of the programme
You'll be focused on generating innovative solutions to extend reach to a wider audience, largely via the growth of digital channels and social media
Overall campaign and stakeholder management across multiple campaigns and partnerships including briefing of creative, media and PR / social agencies and creative / approvals trafficking
Management of ongoing monitoring and tracking of programme KPI's (ticket sales, benefit redemption) and monthly analysis / reporting to clients
Management of account administration and finance across the programme,
Manage multiple work streams and have the overview across all to be able to inform the entire team as required
Project planning and activation of all contractual assets across partnership portfolio (media, ticketing, experiential, branding and communications)

Solid integrated agency experience with proven communication and campaign management experience
Experience managing complex relationships and exceptional client management skills
Partnership management and sponsorship experience, dealing with significant partnerships and multiple stakeholders
Strong leadership skills and successful negotiator
Excellent presentation skills - producing and presenting
Live event and experiential knowledge beneficial
Positive, driven and energetic
Social and interpersonal skills
Equally as comfortable with the numbers as with the creative vision
Comfortable in dealing with strategy and analytics appropriate to AM level
Knowledge of the UK lifestyle and entertainment business
Demonstrate passion for communications
