£30,000 - £35,000

An internationally renowned full-service media agency is on the hunt for a new Account Manager working across some of their blue-chip clients. The Account Manager will cover media planning and buying across performance channels and be part of a strong and thriving team managing some junior members.

Responsibilities - Account Manager
* Support the Account Director in managing one of the agency's largest clients
* Maintain client relationships at all levels
* Digital media planning and buying for clients across channels including PPC, Social and Programmatic
* Apply innovation to our services and client briefs
* Oversee budgetary control and management for clients
* Set realistic forecasts and spots opportunities for cross-selling
* Demonstrate how a given client or brand strategy will impact commercial results for clients
* Manage the time, workload and development of Account Executives in the team providing continuous feedback
* Set clear direction and focuses on longer term plans
* Understand the client's marketing strategy and objectives and how to use the combined skills of the teams to deliver against them
* Stay current on a range of issues - market, industry and own area of expertise

Requirements - Account Manager
* Media planning and buying experience managing accounts and budgets
* Experience working in an agency environment (preferable)
* Broad knowledge across all digital channels and ability to think holistically when producing a digital strategy.
* Track record of demonstrating growth to client's businesses
* You must be able to think fast, react accordingly and remain poised under pressure
* A good understanding of excel, pivot tables, formulas and manipulating data to see clear trends
* Great people management skills
* Understanding of how digital fits into the bigger picture.
* Knowledge of tracking standards
* High standard of administration and financial awareness
* Forward thinking and confident in expressing point of view
