The Role

The Account Executive will work on digital and customer engagement campaigns across a number of key clients. Responsibilities include:

  • Build relationships with clients by attending face-to-face meetings and be the daily point of contact for clients by telephone and email
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and news – updating the team with findings 
  • Create and amend external and internal status reports, time plans; client-meeting contact
  • Raise job numbers and estimates, managing changes to the budget closely
  • Build an excellent relationship with all internal departments
  • Write accurate briefs and work closely with traffic and the creative teams to deliver high quality creative and on time
  • Traffic work through the studio



  • Degree-level educated, preferably in marketing, communications, business or economics
  • 3-6 months in an agency or similar creative environment (can be internships)
  • Experience or interest in tech and/or FMCG
  • Highly motivated and passionate about career path
  • Proactive, with a can-do attitude to get the job done
  • Keen to learn and immerse yourself in your client’s business
  • Mature and organized, with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise work and manage your own time effectively
  • A real team player, adept at building trust and rapport with internal departments
  • A confident communicator both written and verbally
  • Determined, energetic with a can-do attitude and solid work ethic
  • Always going the extra mile to instil confidence in your ability
  • Proficient in MS Office and ideally some basic HTML and database skills
