The Role
The Account Executive will work on digital and customer engagement campaigns across a number of key clients. Responsibilities include:
- Build relationships with clients by attending face-to-face meetings and be the daily point of contact for clients by telephone and email
- Keep up to date with industry trends and news – updating the team with findings
- Create and amend external and internal status reports, time plans; client-meeting contact
reports - Raise job numbers and estimates, managing changes to the budget closely
- Build an excellent relationship with all internal departments
- Write accurate briefs and work closely with traffic and the creative teams to deliver high quality creative and on time
- Traffic work through the studio
You
- Degree-level educated, preferably in marketing, communications, business or economics
- 3-6 months in an agency or similar creative environment (can be internships)
- Experience or interest in tech and/or FMCG
- Highly motivated and passionate about career path
- Proactive, with a can-do attitude to get the job done
- Keen to learn and immerse yourself in your client’s business
- Mature and organized, with excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise work and manage your own time effectively
- A real team player, adept at building trust and rapport with internal departments
- A confident communicator both written and verbally
- Determined, energetic with a can-do attitude and solid work ethic
- Always going the extra mile to instil confidence in your ability
- Proficient in MS Office and ideally some basic HTML and database skills
