Role: The Role of Account Executive sits within an enthusiastic, integrated and knowledgeable team of 10, reporting into the Account Director. The team is made up of a mixture of Account Directors, Account/Project Managers, Senior Account/Project Managers and a Client Director who will require you’re support with the management and delivery of their brand, engagement and digital projects. Your responsibilities will include tasks such as preparing project costs and plans for approval; organising and maintaining documents and client files; attending client meetings with senior colleagues; preparing purchase orders for review; liaising with third party suppliers; reviewing brand and print visuals and assisting in scheduling and planning the logistics for photo shoots, videos/animations and events. You will also have the opportunity to single-handedly manage small projects by taking briefs supervised by senior colleagues and managing them to completion. This role will give you a great opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the agency, as long as you bring the hunger and enthusiasm!

Ideal candidate: in order to be considered for this role you must have a good understanding of how agencies work so at least a year’s experience working within a creative agency is preferred. You will be driven to learn and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude; strong communication and presentation skills; unquestionable business ethics and integrity; able to work alone or as part of a team; flexible, resilient, passionate, energetic and driven; great at building internal and external relationships and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
