Our client is an highly established and award winning B2B global integrated marcoms agency with a reputation for executing highly successful creative communications campaigns within the vibrant B2B arena with a particular focus on technology. 

This agency doesn't shy away from a challenge and due to this they have clocked up a number of awards over the years. In fact we ourselves have often been invited along to various social functions with them and I personally can say what a truly wonderful team they are.

Due to continued growth they are now looking for a dynamic and driven strategic led Account Director with a proven track record in managing multiple clients as well a dedicated team. 

Not only will you have head to toe support but you will also have the guidance and backing from a Managing Director who is a key part of the business as well as a creative and strategic team that between them over the years have delivered some of the most exciting campaigns around on a global scale. 

To be suitable for this position of Account Director you will have the following experience and attributes:

Responsibilities for an Account Director include:

  • Working with clients and managing their expectations, whilst continually developing client relationships across your portfolio
  • Developing existing client relationships with a proven track record when it comes to growth
  • Developing the team around you ensuring they are delivering on day to day tasks
  • Directing projects and provide weekly updates to the Client Services Director
  • Attending client strategy meetings
  • Experienced in creating briefs rather than just taking them
  • Understanding client feedback on creative and transferring into a written and/or verbal brief
  • Developing revenue streams
  • An obvious point... but must have a strong B2B marketing agency background - ideally with some Tech experience
