The Account Director role
The agency would like to appoint an Account Director to strategically direct the client services team on each account. You must have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
Role specifics
- Shaping the long-term strategic direction of the account and ensuring current activities and budgets provide future opportunities
- Maintain strategic overview of accounts, and proactively advise the client
- Be aware of financial status of accounts at all times and responsibility for account profitability
- Responsibility for regularly reviewing and providing accurate phasing of budgets to ensure accurate forecast
- Actively participate in the development of client marketing strategy and thinking
- Assume responsibility for accurate estimating and billing to ensure project profitability
