They have some of the best brains, hearts and souls in the business and they need someone who is an experienced Account director with a passion for managing international projects and providing excellence in client servicing.
Homed within the Account Direction team, you will be working with their key account leads and project teams. The Account Direction team is integral to the success of all their projects, ensuring operational success through well structured, efficient and happy teams that deliver outstanding work to their clients. Quality is of utmost importance to them and this role will continuously uphold quality management standards through each project's workflow.
This role will focus on Home - household focused clients, including some leading FMCG, healthcare and technology companies and retailers. Projects are hugely varied - from the future of shared living, to new product innovation in food, to developing creative ideas for a leading household retailer.
Is this you?
You will be experienced in managing relationships internally in an agency environment and with global external partners, delivering excellence across a range of projects. You will be used to making complex projects happen across the globe.
You will be passionate and knowledgeable about the "Home" category - excited by the fast pace of this work and client demands.
Your experience will be firmly rooted in project management - you'll be exceptionally organised, detail orientated, able to manage multiple priorities & meet deadlines. You will be able to use their business systems and enable them to deliver profitable work, on time and on budget.
You will have built strong and stable relationships with clients previously, be a great communicator and can demonstrate the ability to keep our clients highly satisfied on every project.
You will be a creative and proactive problem solver, and be adept at working in a fast paced, thriving environment. This role will report to the Head of Account Direction and will work within a growing team.
