The Account Director role
As Account Director and strategic client contact, you will be leading campaigns and programmes. You’ll also be managing the existing team – nurturing and providing valuable insight, as well as being approachable and inspirational.
Role specifics
- Responsibility for account profitability
- Growing client business and driving new business strategy
- Proactively advising clients and maintaining a clear strategic overview
- Managing the account team, striking the right balance between support and autonomy
- Undertaking client appraisal mechanism and ensuring outcomes are implemented
- Identifying new business prospects and new opportunities with existing clients
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of all relevant codes of practice governing ethical advertising
- Leading and motivating the team
Salary and benefits
Up to £65k, depending on experience.
