We are looking for an experienced Account Director to join our client and build deep
partnerships with both new and existing clients. You will represent them and act
as an ambassador for them, their work and their culture.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business challenges and
opportunities and to convert these in to deliverable goal driven projects through
providing a through understanding of how they can help them reach their

Bringing your experience of client services to help our client offer the best client
experience possible.
This will include but may not be limited to:
! Managing client accounts and ensuring we offer a continually high level of
! Maintain a strategy and plan for each of your client accounts and deliver
against it, ensure the client delivery team each do this for their accounts
! Building relationships with our existing clients and understanding
opportunities that exist to grow accounts
! Delivering £1-£2m worth of business from your client portfolio
! Ensuring we're working to hit monthly, quarterly and annual targets
! Manage profitability of client accounts
! Making sure projects are transitioned successfully from the proposal process
into delivery and overseeing the quality of delivery
! Facilitating workshops with clients to set vision and build work backlogs
! Spotting opportunities to innovate on behalf of clients
! Overseeing the delivery of Agile (Scrum) projects for your client accounts
! Working closely with the business development and marketing team to create
a strategy and plan for winning new clients and participating in the pitch

! Forecasting, managing and progressing potential projects in our CRM system
! Getting actively involved in the pitching and proposal process
! Researching technology and trends and using that to help understand
customers needs
! Suggesting ways in which we can work more effectively and helping to make
that happen

! Ensuring the work we deliver is of a high standard and that quality is
! Owning issues and seeing them through to resolution
! Taking an active role in your own development and how your role will grow and change
! Learning new skills and putting them to use
! Looking for opportunities and highlighting them
