A fantastic opportunity for an agency experienced candidate to joined a digital marketing business in a newly created Account Director role. 

This is a hands-on team management role and requires someone to assist the business founder with strategy, some business development and to take responsibility for the day to day management of key accounts.  The role is varied and diverse and is set in a business with a proven business model where the team enjoy what they do and take pride in the work they produce for clients.

Key tasks will include:

  • Taking briefs from clients and then producing and overseeing proposals
  • Managing, mentoring and developing a team of four
  • Building relationships with both clients and key suppliers
  • Public speaking and attendance at industry events
  • Contribute to company strategy and to the digital roadmap

Applicants for the Account Director role should ideally be able to demonstrate experience of working in a digital marketing agency and have a passion for digital media.  This business is innovative and is known for coming up with inventive ideas and new ways of marketing so it’s important that you have the same mind set.  This is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual to join an organisation where you are genuinely able to influence the future growth and success of the business.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary in the range of £35-40,000.  It is possible that share options may be available for the right individual.
