CLIENT SIDE Account Director Role
This iconic British brand is looking for an Account Director to come and join their internal marketing department. This is a dream role for any Account Director who is keen to make a switch to client side and work in a truly innovation led business.
We are keen to speak to any Account Director candidates who have a real passion for brand, can think on their feet, you'll be super driven and commercial, and be a true believer in partnership and leading clients. Ideally you'll be an Account Director who has worked in sports marketing or on sports brands, and we're keen to speak to an Account Director who has had experience working within sponsorship. But, we're open to speaking to candidates who are bright and from varied background, you need to be an Account Director who has the right attitude and focus to work in this business.
The Account Director will work across 2 - 3 partner's business and you'll service this business like you would in an agency. You'll leave the clients and partners, and ensure the partnership work is on brand for the business and partner. The Account Director will run activity across an integrated level, working directly with the brand / marketing team, partner marketing departments and their agencies. So this role is perfect for an Account Director who is looking to make that switch over to client side and lead for a brand.
The Account Director will develop a deep understanding of the partners business, and be a genuine client partner to them. You'll be an Account Director who can understand client brand objectives, and then work internally with the teams to ensure creative work is delivered for both the business and partner, and sponsorship work is creative, relevant and exciting.
We can't go into detail about the business, but it's exciting, fast paced, full of energy and we need an Account Director who epitomises these characteristics.
The Account Director will have excellent project management experience, strong team management and ideally some experience working with sports or entertainment brands.
If you're an Account Director who has worked with global brands then even better, and you'll have some experience working within campaign management, brand management or product management.
