This opportunity as an Account Director isn’t at a normal bulk standard agency.
Our client is an established brand, design and innovation agency. They use design, imagination and innovation to create change. They provoke and inspire thinking in order to generate ideas that measurably transform their client’s businesses
Due to their ongoing success, they are seeking a strategic and commercially led Account Director.
Not just a run of the mill Account Director. This person needs to be a real leader in every sense, they want an individual that can spearhead the team on a couple of their flagship accounts.
To be suitable for this role you will have the following experience and skills:
- Be a strategic thinker and very aware of managing the commercial aspects of the business.
- Passion for creativity and branding and understand the importance this plays when trying to do things differently in an off the shelf market.
- True team player, leading from the front but managing and nurturing the team working with you
- Integrated brand and design background with broad experience across both B2B and B2C markets.
- You will be a voice in the room, someone people will look up to because you are knowledgeable and your team will trust you.
- And finally try to remember it’s also about having fun. So as much as we want you to love the opportunity and feel motivated to come in every day, what’s even better is if you’ve got a personal passion outside of work. Something that is completely yours.
In return for your skills as an Account Director our client offers a generous package ranging between £50-60k plus benefits.
