What you’ll be doing
Whether you come on board as an Account Director or Account Manager you’ll enjoy working within a busy client account management team, playing key roles in guiding the client with valuable insight into the creation and delivery of services across CRM, data, planning and technology.
You’ll advise on the digital marketing landscape and the most effective use of budgets to deliver results, supported by insight and rationale. Your client communication skills will be second to none, building rapport and trust, creating a partnership rather than supplier approach to the marketing strategy. You’ll ensure CRM campaigns are delivered successful, from briefing to execution, owning the commercials and reporting back on success, advising on learnings and constantly refining the proposition with the wider team to drive greater success.
What experience you’ll need
Agency experienced Account Directors and Account Managers are the order of the day!
You’ll have a good grasp of marketing / advertising with the basic elements of data and insight
Although CRM will be the key skill set we’re keen to hear from candidates with TTL/ABL/BTL experience
What you’ll get in return for your talents
The Account Manager salary is expected to be £28k - £32k, whilst the Account Director opportunity is c.£45k. On top of that you can expect a decent benefits package including pension, healthcare, bonus and generous holiday allowance.
