A market leader in live event production is looking for an experienced Account Director to join their team. This role will see you responsible for taking the lead in day to day client servicing and end to end project delivery and so we're looking for someone who has extensive event agency experience with in depth knowledge of production processes. Amongst other events, this role will see you taking a strong focus on the delivery of sports events, mainly fan-zones and hospitality across football and motor-sports events.

Developing really in-depth relationships with C-level clients - getting to understand their objectives and coming up with creative solutions to match these
Managing a diverse client base across financial services, alcohol, automotive, FMCG and entertainment brands Dissecting
and translating briefs, brainstorming with internal technical and design teams and delivering pitches
Supplier briefing and management
Developing production schedules and overall project management
Identifying opportunities to grow accounts
Ensuring regular communication with both the client and partner agencies
Pulling together project teams and taking the lead on managing junior members of the team
Complex budget management, forecasting and monitoring ROI
On-site delivery - overseeing build, breakdown and acting as the first point of contact for the client throughout

Candidates must come with experience within a similar events production agency, delivering a range of live events to include fan-zones, launches, film premiers, brand experience, awards and hospitality
You will have the ability to not only develop rapport with clients but will also have end to end project management experience
You must come with experience managing a wide variety of different clients
A solid understanding of the technical production process
Commercial brain with the ability to maximise growth for both the agency and clients
Confidence and ability to sit in multi-agency briefings with clients and hold your own
Good understanding of integrated marketing jargon!
Experience working with internal design and production teams
Good team player, someone who is keen to get stuck in at any level whether that be leading a pitch or ensuring admin is completed!
