This direct and digital London agency is part of a world-wide agency network and offers the opportunity to work in truly multidisciplinary teams with brilliant people. They work with some of the best loved UK brands and have been one of the most awarded agencies time and time again
We are looking for someone with substantial agency experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional results and best in class client service.
Activity will involve acquisition and retention DM packs, supporter journeys, digital campaigns, innovation and DRTV adverts.
The agency acts as the lead Strategic and Creative agency for CRM, offering a full -service solution from strategy. to creative and print approval.
To be considered for this permanent Account Director position, you will need:
- Ideally existing charity experience, or at the very least, a keen interest and passion to work in the sector.
- a deep knowledge of direct and digital channels, with DRTV knowledge also being extremely beneficial.
- Team management experience - you will proactively manage your team's careers through an annual appraisal.
- Brilliant organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple demands.
