This is a great opportunity to join a global agency specialised in loyalty programs. They are currently looking for an Account Director to join the business and hit the ground running.
You will be joining a newly created team that is expanding really rapidly and needs more people to come and work on exciting and global projects for high profile clients.
This role comes with a lot of responsibilities and autonomy, you will be very client focused and need to be able to listen and understand their needs in order to deliver the best service possible and ensure that the product is tailored to their needs.
You will also have some people management responsibility, be responsible for the budget and the planning of the marketing initiatives for your accounts.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have previous knowledge of loyalty programs and account management
- Be autonomous but also collaborative
- Have great communication skill and a team player
- Have experience in data analysis
You should also be comfortable with technology and a fast paced environment.
