This tight-knit, gregarious agency is looking to hire a recent graduate to join their customer support team. This is an important support role to the Account Management team to aid with the day-to-day running of a client’s business as well as playing a key part to building client engagement.
Their offering is a digital asset management software that helps clients centralise, control and edit marketing content. They manage some huge clients as well as smaller companies. The company has a flat structure, the individuals are very organised and they have a very detailed way of working.
The Account Coordinator role
This position will report to two Account Managers and you’ll be responsible for knowing the priorities of the client’s engagement (fed to you by the AMs). You will become familiar with the client version of the assets and its functionality will be core to understanding the business’ technology.
The role will be split between program management (facilitating project delivery and client needs), internal team collaboration (building internal cross-functional relationships) and financial management (budget management, revenue management).

Salary and benefits
